|Who is the Serious Eater?|
This is the first post which is not a recipe, but it's worth it!
TSE (The Serious Eater) was interviewed by midEATS, the most comprehensive Middle Eastern food blog on the internet as of today. I was contacted by the team there, Brenda and Heba, to do an interview and also feature a recipe on midEATS. Heba stumbled on my blog when she was looking for a roasted pumpkin seeds (libb abyad) recipe. Turns out, she is as much as an addict as I am, even though I have tried to reform my ways! I was more than happy to do so, and got a bit carried away; my answers are very long, but I tried to be entertaining.
They also featured my Biscuit au Chocolat [Baskoot bil Chocalata] recipe, which is a must try if you haven't tasted it before.
